Zhenji Brew Factory, it was
established in 1956 with an asset of 228000000 Yuan RMB. the employees
now is 1270, annul output is 80 thousand ton. There are 16 subsidiaries

From the 80', the technique center have been undergone the techniques
such as the vinegar fermentation brewage in deep layer & liquid
state, concentrate acetic acid fermentation research program,
the industry experiment of soy sauce fermentation with high salt
in liquid state technique, and raw material for vinegar production
etc awarding the scientific research programs. Getting the progress
award in national science,6 progress award in province science.
Later it was established to be the only one to develop the fermenting
vinegar brewage in deep layer and liquid state. The fermenting
vinegar brewage in deep layer and liquid state leads in the domestic
level and the soy sauce fermentation in deep layer and liquid
state comes the international level.

represented product is Zhenji soy sauce, others, such as, soy
sauce, vinegar, sauce, cooking wine, seasoning, bean curd in 7
groups for hundreds of brands. Quality is the key and there is
a strict control in quality. During the test in the whole nation,
Zhenji products experience the inspection to be qualified. In
1996, Zhenji soy sauce was awarded the best qualified
product by the China Inner Trade & Economy State. In 1997,Zhenji
seasoning was awarded as Hebei province famous brand by Hebei
government, which is one of the 6 best selling products in Hebei
province.
